Today I launched my new, weekly eNewsletter. Here’s the lesson I think everyone can learn …

As you’ve no doubt worked out from the title of this posting, my new eNewsletter launched this morning and I’m pretty excited. Years ago, I regularly published something very similar, and it was, if I may say so myself, pretty successful.

But for a variety of reasons it got “left behind” as my focus shifted more to social media and, well, just a range of other activities that kept me busy.

But it’s back! And I really hope people find it helpful and interesting. But that’s not why I’m writing this post now …

(although that being said, if you’d like to subscribe you can do so HERE)

The reason I’m writing this is that (re)launching this eNewsletter is something I’ve been thinking about for quite a while now. I put it off, however, because I wasn’t sure I’d have the time and I wasn’t sure anyone would sign up and …. well, I had numerous concerns and doubts that led to procrastination.

Which is the point of this post!

What are you putting off that you really would love to do? Because if it’s something you’d love to do, like I love writing these eNewsletters, then JUST DO IT!

I know that sounds stupidly like a form of toxic positivity but I don’t mean it in that way; rather, I mean, do all you can to find a way to do those things that are important to you. Make time for that which will bring you happiness or satisfaction and that will add value to your life.

For me, writing and sharing this eNewsletter is part of my purpose to help people, as many as I can, live better and happier lives. I also just love writing, so this fits within that realm of my happiness habits also.

What would your version of this be? Work it out. Smash those excuses. And to it even if no one else cares (like I’ll keep writing my newsletter even if no one or not many people subscribe).
