10 Sep What, if anything, would you love to see in a weekly eNewsletter?
As some of you would well be aware, I’m about to launch a new, weekly eNewsletter.
Each edition will include a new, original article, some recommended resources and tips, as well as a weekly challenge, something you can try out that will improve your happiness, and your life, in some way.
And I’ll also be choosing one question each week, from a reader, to answer in the Dr Happy Q&A section.
If you weren’t aware, and if you’re interested in trying it out, you can sign up and subscribe HERE (and if you don’t like it, you can unsubscribe any time).
If you have a question you’d like me to answer, you can submit it via my website HERE (just note, in the subject line, that it’s for the eNewsletter Q&A).
The purpose of this post, however, is not to plug my eNewsletter but instead, to ASK what, if you’re thinking of signing up, or if you’ve already signed up, what you’d like to be included.
Is there something not mentioned above that you think would be useful?
Is there anything related to happiness and wellbeing, resilience or mental health management, that you can’t find anywhere else?
If so, please let me know and I’ll consider including it either as a regular section, or as an occasional addition.
There’s already quite a few good resources out there helping people enjoy more happiness and health and more but I still think there’s space for something a little different (and maybe even better in some ways).
So, again, let me know what you think (you can submit your ideas HERE) and … here’s hoping I “see you” on the other end of my weekly Dr Happy / The Happiness Institute mailings : )
