Happiness and success don't take much, just regular effort…
…I sincerely believe this as I believe that too many of us too often overcomplicate what it takes to live a good life.
I'm not necessarily suggesting it's always easy; it's not. But if we just dedicated a few minutes each and every day to just a few disciplines then I've no doubt that many more of us would enjoy happiness and success…not to mention health and wellbeing.
So what should you do with these few minutes?
Just ask (and then ponder, hopefully even answer) the following question…
WHAT'S THE ONE THING I CAN DO TODAY THAT WOULD MAKE MY LIFE BETTER?
You see, we don't have to make enormous, radical changes each and every day; we can't. All we need to do is make small changes on a regular basis. And if we do this, each and every day, then those small changes add up and become big changes and those big changes become happiness and health and great relationships and…well, whatever you want them to become.
So give it a go starting today; and spread the word. Because we can all become happier and healthier and, therefore, the world can become a better place just by spending a few minutes each and every day asking this simple question : )
