It’s OK not to be OK (you don’t have to feel great or happy ALL the time).
It’s OK not to have a clue (you don’t always have to know where you’re going or what’s going on).
It’s OK not to have all the answers (I mean really, does anyone?).
It’s OK to be lost and confused and uncertain (because life’s complex and messy and difficult).
It’s OK to feel all the feelings; trying not to is a recipe for just more frustration and distress.
So accept everything, face up to life as it is, do the best you can and … try to be happy with that.
