07 Oct What do you call a collection of happiness articles?
I used to do this regularly. But I’ve not done it for a while now.
I think it’s time, however, to publish another post including a collection of happiness related articles.
What can we call this collection of happiness?
How about a joyful gathering of uplifting reads …
- from the Atlantic’s David Brooks comes “How to Stop Self-Obsessing and Be Happier: Some introspection is healthy and necessary, but too much can trap you in a cycle of misery” which you can read … HERE
- from Psychology Today comes the intriguingly titled “5 Positive Psychology Lessons I Learned from Ryan Reynolds” to be read and considered … HERE
- at Science Focus you can find “6 life-changing lessons from the biggest studies on human happiness” … HERE
- over at Psyche you can read and contemplate “How to look after your emotional health” … HERE
- and back at Psychology Today we’re all encouraged to get to know our “shadow selves” better … HERE
That’s probably enough reading and thinking for now. But I do hope you find some time to find something of value in one or more of these articles. We can create and enjoy more happiness, if we make it a priority and choose to focus on that which is helpful.
