As has become my semi-regular practice, it’s Friday here in Sydney and so I’m sharing with you just a few of the more interesting and useful articles I’ve found on happiness, resilience, coping and/or living a good life etc.

- As some of you would know I’m a HUGE FAN of getting outside and engaging in what might be called nature therapy. On that note, the wonderful Psyche magazine recently published an article titled “How to rewild yourself“. You can read it … HERE
- One of the core contributors to happiness and satisfaction is setting and achieving meaningful goals. But many of us struggle to accomplish what we’d like. In this article, again from Psychology Today, Julie Radico writes about how you can use your values in helpful ways. Check it out … HERE
- On a slightly different note, using some lessons from Buddhism to boost happiness and wellbeing, this article from The Taoist invites us to think about a famous line attributed to a famous yogi, “my religion is to not deceive myself”. If that sounds of interesting, you can read more … HERE
