Another week’s round up of interesting articles

It’s becoming a bit of a regular thing, now. Most Fridays, instead of writing a new and original post, I share instead, some articles I’ve read and found interesting and believe might, in some way or other, help you to enjoy or create more happiness, wellbeing, resilience or something similar.

And so, with that (your happiness) in mind, here are a few readings I recommend …

  • Danielle Doolen suggests in this FastCompany piece that the oft suggested strategy of following your passion(s) may not be as good as it sounds. Want to learn more? Check it out … HERE
  • In another article that might be considered slightly controversial, or counter-intuitive, Latoya Conner writes in her Psychology Today article that seeking happiness might not always be recommended and more so, that happiness might be more complex than you ever realised. She raises the very interesting issue of “decolonising” happiness and if that sounds something you’d like to learn more about then … read it HERE
  • This next one is a good example of me sharing articles that I don’t always 100% agree with but that I still think might be interesting and/or useful. Titled, “5 Strategies for Creating a Life with No Regrets” immediately causes me some concern because I believe that some regret is normal, and even helpful, if we learn from our mistakes and then use those lessons to become better or wiser or even happier!
