If you’re not living the life you want to live, you need to change.
If you’re not feeling as good as you’d like to feel, then you need to change.
If you’re not spending time with or connected to the people you believe would be best for you, you need to change.
If you’re as healthy or wealthy, calm or contented as you’d be in your dreams, then you need to change.
But as I’m sure you know, change is hard.
Change can be anxiety provoking, difficult, strenuous, distressing.
So the question then becomes, which form of discomfort are you most willing to tolerate? The discomfort of an unhappy life OR the discomfort of making changes to create a better life?
It’s your choice!
