Experiencing any Monday Morning anxiety?

What if everything went to sh#t this week?

Oh, but what if it didn’t?

This post isn’t about denial, or false positivity.

But it is about minimising catastrophising; maybe even taking a wait and see approach, avoiding jumping to conclusions and taking things as they come.

I often focus on the fact that … it is what it is; or it is what I make of it.

Both these can be true, although there’s a limit to what we can make of some situations, or what we can change, so some degree of acceptance is essential.

Whatever happens, I’m going to try to take things as they happen this week, and deal with whatever is with as much patience, positivity, and compassion as I can muster.

If we all do that together, maybe we’ll all be OK
