Some Sunday reading: a few thought provoking & useful happiness related articles …

Here in Sydney it’s Sunday morning and so I thought it might be a good time to wrap up the week with a few happiness related articles from recent days.

When I say “happiness related”, I really mean anything upon which I’ve stumbled that might boost happiness and wellbeing but also, that might trigger thoughts or actions to live life better.

  • First up, although these aren’t presented in any particular order, the UK publication, Psychologies, just published this great piece which might be particularly relevant for anyone still unsure about their direction and/or life purpose, which is obviously very relevant to goal setting and what might be called, New Year Resolutions (all of which are again, very relevant, to happiness).   • More directly related to happiness, and in particular to “widening your happiness”, Mark Travers writes in Forbes about how you can make happy moments last longerHERE
