22 Dec A few positive articles to boost your happiness
As is becoming a bit of a Friday regular, I’m happy today to share with you a few interesting and useful articles I’ve found wandering through the internet of psychology in the last week or so.
Not surprisingly, some are focused on happiness; but at the same time, some are more focused on other aspects of living a good life. Regardless, I hope you find something in them that either makes you happier, less unhappy, helps you feel more resilient or in some way or other gives you some ideas for living a better life.
With that said, here we go …
- At this time of year many people are thinking about change; they’re reviewing the year that’s been and planning for the year to come. Whether you’re setting New Year’s Resolutions or just trying to cope with something that’s arrived in your life, this Psychology Today post on the “3 C’s to achieve positive life change” could well be worth reading … HERE
