How would you like a simple but effective self-help tip to land in your inbox every week?

It’s back?

My Monday Morning weekly tips have returned.

Let me explain.

Many years ago, for many years, I used to send out a FREE weekly eNewsletter, focusing (not surprisingly) on all things happiness and self-improvement. For a variety of reasons, mainly because I found myself too busy trying to do too many things, I stopped. And to be perfectly honest, I’ve frequently regretted the decision.

I love writing. And I loved writing my weekly eNewsletter, probably more than posting on social media. But, again for a variety of reasons, social media took over my attention and dragged me away from the weekly mailings.

I’ll still continue sharing on most of the social platforms; but I’m thinking I’ll probably spend less time scrolling and more time creating something really useful to mail out to you, anyone that wants to sign up and subscribe, each and every week.

And one of the core components of this happiness eZine (are they still a thing?) will be weekly tips; tips and tricks to be happier and more resilient, to live life better in whatever way is meaningful for you.

I’ll also have a few other regular inclusions, like a new and original weekly article, and a Q&A section where you can ask me anything you want and I’ll answer as honestly as I can. And I’ve no doubt it will evolve over time, with new bits introduced as requested or as deemed relevant.
