If you’re alive (which you obviously are) you should do these 18 things!

When we, here at The Happiness Institute, talk about happiness we're largely talking about living your best possible life; and a key word there is LIVING.

Happiness is making the most of life; and of what ever life throws at you. Which is why we love this simple but stimulating article by Amanda Pellegrino from Thought Catalog…

Live someplace you’ve never been, where you know no one and no one knows you. Whether it’s across the state, across the country, or across the world, start over. Then start over again. And again.
