Write your own version of success and happiness…literally!

Write your own version of success and happiness…literally!

Writing down your thoughts and feelings is obviously not a new idea…poets and novelists and philosophers have been doing it for ages!

But in recent years, psychologists have researched the use of writing, sometimes referred to as journaling, as a therapeutic strategy and not all that surprisingly they've found it to be very helpful.

How?

Well researches have found that those people who write down, on a regular basis, how they feel and what they think and what's happening in their lives tend to cope with difficult situations and stress much better AND tend to enjoy more happiness and more positive emotion.

Does that sound good to you?

Of course it does; why wouldn't it? Who doesn't want to cope with stress better and enjoy more happiness?

And so here's the good news…

…you can easily do this too and all you need is a pen and paper or a computer and word processor!

I guess the other thing you need is a commitment to writing on a regular basis and about 5 minutes each day/night. You can spend more time doing this exercise if you like but you don't really need to spend hours!

If, therefore, you'd like to deal with adversity more effectively AND if you'd like to enjoy more positivity and happiness in your life THEN all you have to do is find a few minutes each and every day and write…

…write what? Anything!

Anything that you feel and think; anything going through your mind; anything you find yourself saying to yourself. It really is that simple. But as I've said many times before, simple is not to be underestimated.
