1,101 ways to happiness

There are so many different ways to find happiness; here are just a few…

  • Do some form of exercise at least 4 times each week (that’s 200)
  • Practice meditation daily (that’s about 350)
  • Set meaningful goals and take action to work towards them at least twice each week (that’s another 100)
  • Spend 10 minutes focusing on the good things in your life and practising gratitude each and every week (there’s another 50)
  • Engage in acts of kindness on a weekly basis (add on 50 more)
  • Find ways to utilise your strengths each and every day (350 more)
  • And finally, share this list with friends (+1)

So there it is 1101 ways to happiness. I’m sure there are many more but I don’t want to overwhelm you (because that would NOT be good for your happiness).
