Happiness at work – a positive psychology approach to job design

I speak frequently about happiness at work and more generally, applying the principles of positive psychology to enhance morale, engagement, satisfaction, productivity and more.

Often, people come and ask me whether, if they’re currently unhappy at work whether they need to leave and find a new job or employer…and my response is maybe, but it’s typically best to try to work with what you have first.
