One of the things that excites me so much about positive psychology and positive psychology coaching is the emphasis on strengths as opposed to weaknesses.
As opposed to my clinical psychology days where the focus of my work was almost exclusively on finding and fixing faults, as a positive psychology coach I know spend most of my time helping people identify and utilise their strengths…and the good news is that by doing so more people achieve more happiness as well as productivity, performance and many other great outcomes.
