13 Jul Happiness at work related to effectiveness at work
A recent survey of more than 10,000 people from 139 countries on a wide range of workplace topics found that employees who have confidence in five key personal effectiveness skills areas are happiest at work.
In short, those who experienced the most happiness at work reported higher levels of confidence in their team-working skills, in their communication skills and in both their leadership and team management skills. The fifth happiness relevant skill was being confident in their stress management skills.
