It’s hard to be happy if you’re literally sick and tired all the time.
And the unfortunate reality is many of us are sick and tired much of the time.
Healthy living is, however, a possibility for us all and accordingly, we can boost our chances of experiencing happiness if we boost our energy, fitness and health.
