Have you heard the saying that you can sleep your way to the top?
Well I honestly believe you can sleep your way to happiness!
It’s hard to be happy if you’re literally sick and tired all the time.
There’s no doubt that healthy living helps with happiness.
I frequently emphasise the importance of sleep when I talk about happiness and especially when I’m coaching busy people and senior executives.
