Happiness and sleep

Since writing my first book, The Good Sleep Guide (available only on The Happiness Institute’s website), several years ago I’ve been ranting and raving about the importance of sleep for health, happiness and wellbeing generally. Every now and then it seems to get some attention but more often than not, sleep is the forgotton component of healthy living…but let’s face it – it’s hard to be happy if you’re literally sick and tired all the time.

Anyway, this is why I’m pleased to see this article “Choice, sleep and happiness” and I hope this, among other things, generates further discussion of the importance of sleep for health and happiness. To read more – click here
