Happiness and play

At The Happiness Institute we’ve long argued that happiness is at least partly due to having fun and playing. Yet this always seems to baffle “grown ups”, especially those in corporate audiences with whom we talk and work.

Today, however, I discovered this interesting article from the New York Times highlighting many interesting issues to do with play. I’ve no doubt that more (appropriate) play will lead to more (appropriate) happiness.
