17 Feb Relax your way to happiness
As I’ve discussed in several previous blog postings on topics as diverse as happiness and depression, coaching and course content, one of the ways to achieve happiness is to eliminate (or more realistically, to reduce) stress (note: this is not the only way because happiness also requires the application of positive strategies not JUST the use of strategies designed to counteract the negative).
And there’s no doubt that one can reduce stress, and enhance happiness by practicing the range of useful and enjoyable meditation and relaxation strategies that are, these days, readily available.
