Jojo Willacy treated dozens of unsuspecting Western Bay shoppers to a free Valentines Day gift yesterday – hitting the streets with her arms wide open.
The 30-year-old from United Kingdom’s Channel Island spent her afternoon in the city giving out free hugs to whoever was keen to accept one.
