18 Jan Happiness and friendships
Today I (separately) caught up with two friends, one for an early morning coffee and the other for lunch.
Both, in different ways, added to my happiness.
Why? I’m not 100% sure, to be honest, but I think it had something to do with the (quite different) connections I have with both of them. Happiness is undoubtedly related to the number and quality of one’s relationships and today’s ‘social activities” emphasised this for me.
So a quick happiness tip – actively and consciously make time to spend with friends. It’s well worth the effort for both your health, and your happiness.
