Most people recognise that not all in life will be perfect…or easy. And almost all those who’ve succeeded acknowledge that their success was at least partly dependent on how they bounced back from, or dealt with failure (see the quote below).

Well happiness is, I believe, no different as moods will change and even the best (and happiest) will experience difficult and negative times. Just knowing and accepting this is crucial to happiness.
So don’t let distress or worry discourage you from continuing to seek happiness.
