Although our focus at The Happiness Institute is predominately on the positive it would be foolish for us to ignore the many real negatives people face in their day to day lives.
As such, and as part of our very realistic approach, we recognise the prevalence and ubiquity of stress…but we also recognise and encourage others to consider that such stress can be effectively managed; and with effective stress management comes a greater degree of positive emotion, including happiness.
