Are low expectations the key to happiness?

Although in principle I agree with the basic tenets of these findings I would suggest one change to the language used. My emphasis, and that of all the happiness life coaching we do at The Happiness Institute, is on having REALISTIC & ACHIEVABLE expectations as opposed to LOW ones! Semantic wordplay? Maybe, but important nevertheless.
