Over the last few weeks, as a result of a Senate Committee hearing, Martin Seligman and the Positive Psychology training program offered to teachers and other employees of the Department of Education and Training, has received much flak!
Thankfully, someone has finally come out and defended the offering of “happiness”, or more accurately positive psychology training.
